You have 30 days from the date of receiving your product to initiate a return.
To qualify for a return:

– Have the receipt or proof of purchase ready.

EU Customers – 14 Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have a 14-day period to cancel or return your order for any reason, provided the item remains in its original condition and packaging.
Refunds
